Our Core Mission

Rep GA is a statewide leadership development hub that is committed to creating a nonpartisan leadership development model that works to address structural and racial inequities.

Our objective is to identify and encourage prospective leaders, guide them through a deliberate decision-making process, and prepare them to participate in and lead in public service.

As the state's demographics shift, we aim to ensure that all Georgians, regardless of color, gender, religion, region, or citizenship, have equal access to leadership opportunities. In addition to assisting future leaders, we collaborate with other organizations to overcome structural and racial barriers to civic engagement.

Our Core Pillars

Leadership Recruitment

We work with organizational partners and a wide range of community stakeholders to discover and attract leaders who have the potential to serve in elected or appointed positions.

Skill-Building

We guarantee well-rounded education for our future leaders by providing high-quality campaign skills training for municipal and state-level candidates, and their campaign staff.

Empowerment

We encourage and prepare potential leaders to position themselves and run for elected office, and inspire members of our communities to launch leadership initiatives for public service.

Support & Coaching

Following Ready to Lead candidate training and bootcamps, we provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance support to candidates and their team to reinforce essential skills.

The Ready to Run and Ready to Lead training series make information and valuable skillsets available to the leaders who will take up the mantle of social progress. To reach the communities that need them candidates need all of the advantages they can get walking in the door.
