Forming Your Campaign Committee

Forming A Campaign Committee

Surround yourself with a devoted advisory foundation that you can count on.

While candidates in Georgia are not legally required to organize campaign committees, which are entities authorized by the candidate to take contributions and make expenditures on the candidate's behalf, it is recommended that they do so. Forming a committee provides you with additional assistance, protection, and accountability.

Your committee should consist of a team whose perspectives and motivations you can trust, and who are determined to hold you accountable for the sake of your platform's progression along the campaign trail.
